The latest celebrity coming out about her battle with hair loss is Keira Knightley. You’ve seen her in numerous movies and commercials – Pirates of Caribbean, Begin Again, Love Actually, and of course the Chanel commercials.
With an interview with InStyle UK, she confesses ‘I have dyed my hair virtually every colour imaginable for different films. It got so bad that my hair literally began to fall out of my head! So for the past five years I’ve used wigs, which is the greatest thing that’s ever happened to my hair.’
Two things are clear:

The first and the most obvious: frequent hair coloring causes not only damage to your hair strands and scalp (where hair follicles grow), but also can cause temporary or permanent hair loss.
